Standard Non-Disclosure Agreement

This agreement is made between all those who work with and are contracted with BRANDI AQUINO and EDITING DONE WRITE, referred herein as the AUTHOR.

AUTHOR agrees to furnish BRANDI AQUINO certain confidential information relating to ideas, inventions or products for the purposes of possibly developing a book or books.

All rights, title and interest in the following shall be the sole and exclusive property of the AUTHOR including:

(i) All materials, including but not limited to Word files, PowerPoint Presentations, tapes, and completed manuscript, the completed Book and/or other product resulting from this effort;
(ii) Any and all content of the subject matter of the Book(s) provided by the AUTHOR;
(iii) Any ideas, works, documentation or notes conceived related to the Book(s);
(iv) All writings by BRANDI related to or associated with the Book(s); and
(v) All BRANDI'S work product related to the Book(s).

BRANDI further agrees to hold any and all information given by the AUTHOR in confidence whether or not she ends up working with the AUTHOR on the book(s); not disclosing any of the ideas, information, Word files, PowerPoint Presentation, tapes, and/or completed manuscript to any third party without specific written permission and direction from the AUTHOR.

This Agreement is in effect this date and in perpetuity.

I, the AUTHOR, agree to the above NDA, which I understand will remain valid indefinitely.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to sign anything?

No. By using our services, you automatically accept this standard NDA. However, you can request a signed copy for your records at no charge, or upgrade to an Enhanced NDA for $100.

What's the difference between Standard and Enhanced NDA?

The Standard NDA (free) covers all basic confidentiality needs. The Enhanced NDA ($100) adds additional disclosure restrictions and can be customized to your specific requirements, with individual signatures from both parties.

Is my work really safe?

Absolutely. We take your confidentiality seriously. All your materials remain your exclusive property, and we never share your work with third parties. This agreement is legally binding and remains in effect indefinitely.
